David O’Steen is a talented Patent Attorney who also had a ton of experiences regarding litigation and funding. We got talking about the latter and I said, ‘you have got to tell my people about this’. I literally dropped my Jaw when I saw the presentation he is planning on giving us and decided to include the outline here.

He believes that most of the problems between entrepreneurs and investors arise from the two parties not understanding what the other considers important and/or ultimately wants.  Furthermore, there are a few key considerations regarding protecting intellectual property of which he thinks that all inventors and entrepreneurs should be aware.
